The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have filed present Contempt Petition for non compliance of the order dated 2nd September, 2013 passed in Writ Petition No.7770 of 2013. He submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, as directed in the aforesaid order dated 2nd September, 2013 the Respondent No. 1 decided the Petitioner's appeal and hence nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. The statement is accepted.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

No order as to the costs.
