Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP for the Respondent - State of Maharashtra. These petitions are filed seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of his complaint dated 18th September, 2014. Copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A. The learned APP placed on record report dated 30th October, 2014 of the Sub Inspector of L.T. Marg Police Station, Bombay. The report shows that the petitioner's complaint was inquired into and it was concluded that the dispute between the 1/2
wp-1465-66-15 parties are of civil nature. This decision is already communicated to the petitioners. The report dated 30th October, 2014 is taken on record.
In the above circumstances, the relief claimed in the petitions will not survive. The petitioners are always at liberty to file private complaint before the concerned Magistrate. Subject to what is observed above, the petitions are dismissed.
