By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR, bearing C.R.No. 54 of 2021, registered with the Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 354, 504, 506, 509 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP has tendered a report dated 27th January, 2023 of the Police Sub Inspector attached to Santacruz Police Station. The said report is taken on record. In the said report, it is stated that REKHA PRAKASH PATIL after the 164 statement of the complainant was recorded, it was Rekha Patil 1/2 by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2023.01.30 17:20:58 +0530

12- WP-3923-2021.odt decided that Sections 354, 504, 506 and 509 will have no application and as such, the police have filed 'N.C.' Summary in the trial Court. The said report is taken on record. Considering what is stated in the said report, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition, Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state that it is open for the petitioners to file a fresh Petition, if the occasion so arises.
