By this application, the Applicant essentially seeks her impleadment as party respondent in I.A. No.1 of 2020 filed in Criminal Writ Petition No.6115 of 2019.

Mr. Kantawala, learned counsel appearing in the main writ petition being Criminal Writ Petition No.6115 of 2019 and I.A. No.1 of

2/3 2020 has no objection if Ms. Sheetal Devang Shah, Applicant in-person is added as party respondent in I.A. No.1 of 2020. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed only to the extent that the advocate for the petitioner/applicant shall now implead Ms. Sheetal Devang Shah as party respondent in I.A. No.1 of 2020. The said amendment to be carried out on or before 3rd August, 2020 in I.A. No.1 of 2020.

Ms. Sheetal Devang Shah's earlier application being I.A. No.1 of 2019 seeking her impleadment as party respondent in the main writ petition being Criminal Writ Petition No.6115 of 2019 has already been allowed vide order dated 12th May, 2020. It appears that the amendment has not been carried out. The said amendment to also be carried out in Criminal Writ Petition No.6115 of 2019, on or before 3rd August, 2020. 5.

Ms. Sheetal Devang Shah has already filed her written statement as well as affidavit in support of the said written statement in I.A. No.1 of 2020.
