Perusal of the order dated 9/1/2019 passed by this Court shows that service of notice on Respondents in foreign country may take minimum 3 months. This Court had therefore directed applicant to furnish necessary information so that efforts of completing service could have been made. It appears that information is still not supplied. 4.

Matter was placed before this Court on 15/2/2019 and came to be adjourned to 8/3/2019. On 8/3/2019 it is adjourned to today. 5.

If the order dated 9/1/2019 are not complied with within a period of 4 weeks from today, the matter shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
