ssm 2 901-caa278.17.sxw The present Civil Application is taken out by the ApplicantOriginal Defendant No.1 for clarification of order dated 20 December 2013, based upon the subsequent events.

Considering the events and material available on record at the relevant time and the tenure of the order so passed based upon it, I am of the view that no case is made out for any clarification of order dated 20 December 2013, based upon the subsequent events. However, liberty is granted to the parties to take out appropriate application, if so advised.
