The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states, the Petition is not being pressed but the Petitioner will not able to avail of remedy of seeking discharge since certain material, such as, CCTV footage is not being supplied to the Petitioner inspite of request to that effect made to the police authorities.

Since the Petitioner is not pressing this Petition and seeking to approach the concerned Court, the material, such as, CCTV footage be supplied to the Petitioner within a period of one week to enable the Petitioner to apply for discharge before the concerned Court. 4.
