This is an application for stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the decree dated 9th March, 2020 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Bombay, in Suit No.6012 of 2017. Mr. Singh, the learned Counsel for the appellant - applicant submits that pursuant to the execution process the applicant - appellant has tendered a Demand Draft of Rs.7,09,491/- towards the amount covered by the decree. 3.

Let the amount be credited by the Sheriff in this Court in First Appeal No.15 of 2021.

Since the decreetal amount has been deposited by the appellant - applicant, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the decree till further orders. 5.

The application stands disposed of.

The respondent - original plaintiff is at liberty to file an application seeking withdrawal of the decreetal amount, which may be considered on its own merits.
