Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for modification of the condition of reporting once in a month to the investigating agency by an order dated 16/12/2020 passed by this Court while granting bail to the applicant.

I have gone through the reasons mentioned in the application. The affidavit in support of the application is filed. The applicant is 69 years of age. In the affidavit he has stated about the ailments that the applicant is suffering and the treatment that he is receiving. I am not inclined to 1/2

PMB 18.ia.2001-22.doc exempt the applicant altogether from the condition of reporting. However, considering the age and the fact that the applicant has abided by the conditions imposed by this Court, the condition of attending can be relaxed. The applicant is now to report to the E.O.W. Unit-7, Mumbai once in three months on the first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m., commencing from March, 2023. 4.

The interim application is disposed of.
