Perused the prayers made in the Petition. Only prayer made in the Petition is to expedite hearing of R.A.E & R Suit 56/82 of 2004 disposing of the suit in a time bound manner. It is not possible to issue such direction to the trial Court. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file application for disposing of the suit in a time bound manner. If such application is made, the learned trial Judge shall pass an appropriate order. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
