This is an application seeking relaxation of condition No.(iv) in an order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.2959 of 2018, which reads as under; "(iv) Applicants in both these applications are directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m to 01:00 p.m., till further order;

My attention is invited to an order passed by the co-ordinate Bench (Coram: Shivkumar Dige, J.) on 25th August, 2023 in Interim Application No.859 of 2023 in Criminal Bail Application No.3112 of 2021 in respect of co-accused - Keshav Narayan Iddaya by which condition to attend the Police Station has been relaxed. 4.

Learned A.P.P submits that the applicant has been attending the Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a. to 01.00 p.m.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited his passport with the concerned Police Station. 6.

In that view of the matter, condition No.(iv) stands relaxed. 7.

Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that the applicant shall adhere to rest of the conditions in the order of bail.
