The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 17.12.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court. By the said order, the Petitioner was to remove the office objections within four weeks i.e. on or before 14.01.2016 and in default the Petition was to stand dismissed for nonprosecution. In view of the default committed by the Petitioner, the Petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the office objections would be removed within BGP.

the time stipulated by this Court. Since the Petition has been dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, it would be just and proper to show final indulgence to the Petitioner. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is restored to file. The office objections to be removed within two weeks from date, failing which the Petition would once again stand dismissed for non-prosecution. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
