Interim Application Nos.1211 of 2020 and 1212 of 2020 are not on board. Taken on board and heard along with Interim Application No.1213 of 2020.

These applications are filed for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed vide order dated 3rd December 2018. The applicants were directed to be released on bail and by way of condition they were directed to report CBI, EOW once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders. 3.

Learned advocate for applicants submit that charge has been framed and the applicants are attending Trial Court. It is submitted that the applicants have complied the condition of attendance. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, condition of attendance may be relaxed.

In view of the above, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The order dated 3rd December 2018 passed in Bail Application nos.1381/2018, 1382/2018 and 2240/2018 is modified and condition no.(iii) in the operative part of the order viz "The applicants shall report CBI, EOW once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders" shall stand relaxed;

(ii) Interim Applications stand disposed of.
