This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. I-47 of 2022 registered at Gangapur Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

On 26 April 2022, this Court passed the following order : 1.
The learned APP seeks time to produce all police 1 / 3
papers and to take necessary instructions from the Investigating Officer.

The applicants learned counsel seeks for interim protection. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the main allegations are against co-accused Sachin Valera. He would submit that, it is alleged that only amount of Rs.4,80,000/- was transferred to his account. According to the applicant, though the amount was refunded, however, to show the bonafide, he is ready to deposit the said amount. 3.
In view of that, interim protection can be granted till the matter is heard on merits, hence the following order.
ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest, the Applicant/ Accused Savankumar Amrutlal Parmar in Crime No. I-47 of 2022 registered at Gangapur Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal code, be released on interim bail on his furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday in between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon to facilitate the investigation till next date. (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not temper with the evidence.
(d) Interim protection to continue till next date. 4.
Stand over to 4th May, 2022."

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the above order, the applicant has deposited Rs.4,80,000/-. 6.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to allow the present application. In the result, the following order is passed :

(i) Interim order passed by this Court by order dated 26 April 2022 is hereby confirmed.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate in the investigation.
