At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an Application for bail in the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits and if an Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid Application.
