The learned counsel for Appellant would place on record copy of Judgment and order dated 19 August 2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6461 of 2023 by which this Court has directed City Civil Court to decide the Short Cause Suit No.2830 of 2022 within a period of 06 months. This Court has further directed that child shall remain in custody of the adoptive parents till final adjudication of Short Cause Suit No.2830 of 2022.

In that view the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6461 of 2023 on 19 August 2023, nothing would survive in the present appeal as the adoptive parents are already protected by the order of this Court dated 19 August 2023. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
