Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the First Informant have stated that the dispute has been amicably settled. The Counsel for the respective parties, under instructions, state that the Applicant will pay an amount of Rs.70,00,000/- to the first informant within a period of four Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:

23 ABA 552-23.doc parties would be ineffective, and all the proceedings will be withdrawn on payment of Rs.70,00,000/-. Both the parties agree to execute a Deed of Cancellation, if necessary.

Considering the fact that the parties have settled the matter amicably, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.105 of 2023 of Bandra Police Station, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile/contact details, and/or change of residence or mobile/contact details from time to time.

While disposing of the application, this Court places on record deep appreciation for the efforts taken by Mr. S.V. Gavand, learned APP in assisting the parties in arriving at an amicable settlement. .
