1) I have perused the order passed by this Court dated 11/04/2017 and heard respective counsel. It is not in dispute that Petitioner preferred Revision under Section 154 of The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 questioning the order before the Divisional Joint Registrar.
