CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
PC:- 1.
These are Appeals directed against an interim order dated 24th March 2014. The Plaintiffs' Notices of Motion for ad-interim relief were rejected. The Trial Court continued a temporary protection and that has continued for the three years during which these Appeals have been pending.
2.
In that time, the Suits have reached trial. The suits have already kept for evidence. In that view of the matter, there is no reason interfere with the impugned order.
3.
The Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
4.
The ad-interim protection will continue pending the trial of the Suit. The Suits will be decided on their merits uninfluenced by the observations in the interim orders.
5.
At the request of Mrs More, the trial is expedited.
6.
The Civil Applications do not survive and are disposed of as infructuous.
