Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The Petitioner is having an efficacious statutory remedy under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. By keeping open the said remedy, the petition is disposed of. To enable the petitioner to avail the remedy, ad-interim relief granted on 18th April 2017 will continue to operate for a period of 6 weeks from today. If the remedy is availed, the concerned authority shall not be influenced by the grant of ad-interim relief by this Court and the continuation thereof.
