After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for redressal of their grievance.

In case, the Petitioners file Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal within one month from today, their application may not be dismissed on the ground of limitation and shall be decided on its own merits. 4.
