In this writ petition, the petitioners are directed against the order dated 27th March 2017 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Bombay, wherein the Notice of Motion filed by the plaintiffs for production of photocopies of the documents by way of secondary evidence is allowed, which is under challenge. 3.
