The Petitioner has been arrested in the present crime on 29.08.2017 and since then he is in jail. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, till date even the charge has not been framed in MCOC Special Case No. 5 of 2017 by the Trial Court.

2. In view thereof, we hereby direct learned Special Judge (MCOC Act), Raigad, Alibaug, seized of MCOC Special Case No. 5 of 2017, to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavor to conclude the hearing of the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present Order.

3. Registrar Judicial-(I) is hereby directed to communicate the 1/2

4. Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

5. In view of disposal of Writ Petition, nothing survives in Interim Application No. 1217 of 2020 and Interim Application No. 8 of 2019 and are also disposed off.
