The Petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 25th March 2022. The said order reads as follows:-" "

The Petitioner who is an Advocate and is appearing in-person, has filed this Writ Petition interalia praying for directions to lodge FIR against various persons, demolish alleged illegal construction in Bungalow No.

104 and other Bungalows at Aram Nagar,J.P.Road and for compensation of Rs.

1.00 Crore.

2. The Petitioner has filed similar Petition being Criminal Writ Petition No. 3499 of 2019 wherein she has sought identical prayers.

3. In view of the above, it would be

YS.Patil 11-RPW-30-2022 appropriate that the above Petition is placed before the same Bench which is hearing Criminal Writ Petition No.

3499 of 2019 (and companion Writ Petitions).

4. Registry to seek appropriate directions from the Hon'ble Chief Justice on the administrative side, to place the above Writ Petition along with Criminal Writ Petition No.3499 of 2019 (and companion Writ Petitions)."

The Hon'ble the Chief Justice has pursuant to the above order issued directions to tag the above Writ Petition No. 18 of 2022 with Criminal Writ Petition No. 3499 of 2019 and companion Writ Petitions.

The prayers sought in the above Writ Petition and Writ Petition No. 3499 of 2019 (and several other companion Writ Petitions) are overlapping which may lead to inconsistent ordes being passed by different Benches.

We find no error apparent in the order under review dated 25th March 2022. In any event, no case for review of the order dated 25th March 2022 is made out. The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
