The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 5th April 2016, the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the process of Investigation. He further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary to the investigating agency.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order Sharayu.

However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. till filing of charge-sheet. It is needless to mention that before calling the Applicant, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
