Ms Singh has tendered true copy of the order dated 04.05.2018 passed by this Court (Coram : S. J. Kathawalla, J.) in Notice of Motion No.1867 of 2017 in Suit No.585 of 2017. The said order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On 03.05.2018, the Court had passed order asking defendants No.3 and 4 to handover possession of the suit premises to the plaintiffs and to withdraw the C.R.A. In pursuance of that order, Ms Singh seeks permission to withdraw this C.R.A. 3.

On the motion made by Ms Singh, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. In 1/2
