The learned counsel for Respondents state that Civil Suit No. 98 of 2012 is finally disposed of. Since the challenge in this Petition was to interim order, there is really no necessity to examine this challenge at this stage. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.

However, the Petitioners if so advised have liberty to challenge the impugned order by resort to provision 105 of Code of Civil Procedure.
