It is an application for restoration of the Appeal which was dismissed in view of the self-operative order dated 5th April, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl-II) and for condoning the delay of 320 days caused in filing the present Civil Application.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. That for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today. 3.

Subject to removal of office objections, the delay is condoned and Appeal is restored to file. It is made clear that, if office objections are not removed within such time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
