2] Mr.Kapadnis, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner has been acquitted in MCOC Special Case No.01 of 2014 by the order dated 1st March, 2017 and, accordingly, has been released from the prison on 2nd March, 2017. In support of his submission, he placed on record the Prison Chart signed by Additional Senior Superintendent of the 1/2

3] In the light of the above, Writ Petition will no more survive for consideration and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 4] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Criminal Application No.322 of 2015 does not survive and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
