The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant fairly submitted that as the case has been committed instead of working out the matter in respect of bail, he is satisfied if the trial is expedited, considering the nature of offence and inter se relation between prosecuting party and the accused person. The request so made is reasonable. In this view of the matter, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial Court to take all necessary steps for expediting the trial and to complete the same within a period of eight months from the date of communication of this Order.
