I have gone through the order dated 18th November 2005, whereby bail was granted to the applicant. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that the applicant shall be entitled to apply for renewal of his passport. The Investigating Agency shall produce the passport of the applicant before the Passport Authority for the purpose of getting it renewed. As to when the passport would be required to be produced by the Investigating Agncy before the Passport Authority may be communicated to the Investigating Agency by the applicant and/or the Passport Authority.

Tilak 2/2 (40)APPP-334-15 If the passport is renewed, the Investigating Agency shall continue to retain the custody of the said passport. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to the aforesaid extent.

All concerned to act in consonance with this order, and ensure that effect is given to it.
