1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 5th April 2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation. She on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for called for. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 5th April 2016 is hereby confirmed. However the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.

3) It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police

Dond 2/2 aba.618-2016.sxw station, the concerned Investigating Officer and/or responsible officer shall issue notice under Section 160 of Cr. P.C.
