1. Mr. Hegde submits that the intervener is the Acquiring Body. In view thereof, the Acquiring Body needs to be a proper and necessary party in the present land acquisition First Appeal. 2. First Appeals and Civil Applications be listed on board on 28th July 2022. In the meanwhile, the Principal Judge, Nashik, is requested to send the copy of the record and proceedings in the present matter considering that the matter is very old.

3. Registry of this Court look into the matter and call for the R and P before the next date.
