The learnd counsel for the applicants has placed on record the dates on which he had appeared before the Court and furnished surety. The order was passed on 19.1.2016, he appeared the Court on 28.1.2016. On 12.2.2016, the applicant to furnish surety was sent for verification and in the meanwhile, the advocate representing the applicant was indisposed. There was a delay in making application seeking extension after 24.2.2016. It is submitted that the application seeking extension could not be filed due to personal difficulties of the advocate representing the applicant. Hence,

Mhi 2 APPA-494-16.sxw the applicant herein prays for extension of time to furnish sureties in the interest of justice. Time is extended by 2 weeks. 2.

It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Application is allowed in the above terms.
