By this application, Applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.269 of 2023 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar to Family Court, Pune. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent has filed affidavit-inreply and submits that Respondent has no objection for the said transfer petition.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Respondent, I pass following order;

i. Application is allowed.

ii. The Marriage Petition No.269 of 2023 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar be transferred to Family Court, Pune.

iii. The trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter as early as possible.
