It is submitted in the praecipe that the present Petition was fled seeking directions for early disposal of the trial. During the pendency of the present Petition, the Sessions Case No. 924 of 2015 has been disposed of. As such, the grievance raised in the Petition no more survives. The learned counsel submits that in view of disposal of the Sessions Case No. 924 of 2015, the Petition itself is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
