Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to attend a wedding ceremony of his cousin brother. The applicant is facing trial for an offences punishable under Sections 302, 452, 120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3, 7, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3(1)(i), 3(2) and 3(4) of the MCOCA 1999.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's cousin is getting married on 18th April, 2016 in Uttar Pradesh at Post - Ashapur, Bandipur, District - Ambedkar Nagar. He seeks permission to travel for the said wedding.

Perused the papers. The applicant seeks to travel to Uttar Pradesh to attend the marriage ceremony of his cousin. 5.

Considering the facts of the case and the prosecution which the applicant is facing, this is not a fit case to grant the application. 6.

Application is accordingly rejected.
