By this civil application applicant is seeking condonation of 65 days delay in filing certified copies of impugned judgment and decree passed by the trial court. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and the averments made in application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.

A) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus, a)The delay in filing application be condoned.

b) The delay of 65 days in filing the certified copy of decree dated 27.8.1997 in the above appeal be condoned.

B) Applicant is permitted to file certified copy of judgment and decree in Registry of this Court on or before 31.8.2019 failing which civil application shall sand dismissed without referring back to the court.

C) Civil application stands disposed of .
