This is an application for extension of provisional cash bail granted to the applicant by an order dated 23.02.2017. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 23.02.2017, his client has already submitted the documents of surety before the Trial Court and the same are in the process of verification. He submitted that according to him the said process will be completed within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the provisional cash bail granted by order dated 23.02.2017 is hereby extended by three weeks from today. 3.
