Vide order dated 8th September 2022, the learned APP had sought time to take instructions whether the report given in favour of the petitioner was acted upon by the Government and if not acted upon, within how much time, the decision would be taken. 2.

Today, the learned APP on instructions, states that the said report has been acted upon by the Government and that the petitioner has been given remission, as annouced by the State Government on the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

2-wp.2618.2021.doc occasion of 125th Anniversary of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
