P.C. :- 1] Heard Mr. Valerian Fernandes, Constituted Attorney of the applicant and Mr. M.A. Khan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2] In view of the averments made in the civil application, delay of fifteen days in seeking restoration is condoned. Similarly, on basis of assurances by the Constituted Attorney for the applicant that necessary office objections would be cleared within a period of four weeks from today, the order dismissing Civil Revision Application for non-clearance of office objections is recalled and Civil Revision Application is restored to the file. This is subject to applicant paying costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand) to the respondents. Such costs to be deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks 1/2

DSS 15-cac-233-15 from today. Upon deposit, the respondents shall be at liberty to withdraw the same unconditionally.

3] The applicant to clear the office objections within a period of four weeks from today, without fail. In case office objections are not cleared, the Revision Application stand dismissed for nonprosecution without any further reference to this Court. 4] Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.
