The learned Counsel for both the parties submit that both the parties have settled the matter and want to file Consent Terms. 3.
All the parties are present. Their identity is verified by the Court Sheristedar. The parties along with their respective counsel signed the consent terms. The consent terms is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 1. Both the parties confirm that the terms and condition mentioned in the consent terms are agreeable to them. The undertakings given in the consent terms by the parties are accepted.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to withdraw the suits filed before the Co-operative Court No.1 , Mumbai and one proceeding filed before the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies.

In view of the consent terms, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
