This Civil Application is for restoration of the Appeal from Order, which was dismissed for default on 8th October, 2015. The Civil Application has been served upon all the respondents and they are represented before the court. Mr. Parab, the learned advocate for the applicants seeks restoration of the Appeal from Order only to enable the appliant to withdraw the same. Apparently, the parties have arrived at settlement of the dispute between them. In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b). The Appeal from Order is restored to file.
