The learned Counsel for Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the direction to pay costs to the Government, without specifying any department, is modified. It is directed that the Petitioners shall pay costs to the Legal Aid Centre, Small Causes Court, Mumbai, which is operated by the Government. Necessary compliance within a period of one week from today. 2.

The Record and Proceedings be remitted immediately to the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, in light of communication dated 14/05/2015 received from the Registrar of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai.
