By the present application, the challenge is to the order dated 16th November 2022 of the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which conditional order to remove office objections within two weeks was passed, failing which registration of Second Appeal was directed to be refused.

Mr. Rananaware, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). 5.

The Applicants to remove office objections within twelve weeks from today.
