As per the order passed by this Court on 23rd January 2004, the adinterim stay was granted to the impugned Decree, subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that, the appellant-State has already deposited the entire decretal amount and, according to his instructions, the said amount has been withdrawn by the respondent.

In view thereof, the ad-interim stay granted to the impugned Decree stands confirmed till the decision of the First Appeal. 5.
