Praecipe is taken on record and marked as "A".

Applicant has filed aforesaid Interim Application for obtaining original power of attorney from the record. However, recently the learned Advocate for Applicant came to know the fact that the aforesaid First Appeal is transferred to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune, in view of enhancement in pecuniary jurisdiction. Applicant further submits that, Applicant was not aware of the aforesaid facts at the time of filing of the aforesaid Interim Application. This Interim Application was filed inadvertently and by mistake. Therefore

Applicant prays to withdraw the aforesaid Interim Application with liberty to file the same before appropriate Court.

In view of submission by Advocate for Applicant, this Interim Application NO. 3772 of 2020 is disposed of as withdrawn. Office to act accordingly.
