This is an application for restoration of Second Appeal by extending time stipulated in the order dated 24/11/2014. Mr.Badgujar states that by order dated 24/11/2014, applicant was given 4 month's time to comply order dated 25/07/2012 by filing private paper book. He states that applicant has prepared private paper book and the same will be filed within 1 week from today after restoration of the Second Appeal. He further states that he has

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs. 5.

Second Appeal No. 380 of 2009 is restored to the file of this Court.
