Issue notice to Respondents. Learned APP waives notice for Respondent-State and learned counsel Mr. Abhishek Pungliya and Mr. Pradeep J. Thorat waive notice for original accused in the respective anticipatory bail application.

Both the applications are filed by original complainant for intervention in the anticipatory bail applications. Learned counsel for applicant / original accused seek time to go through the documents filed in support of the applications. Learned counsel for Applicant / original complainant submits that he is not relying upon the documents which are filed with the applications. In that view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of time, and considering the grounds mentioned in the applications, both applications are allowed.
