Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition stipulated in order dated 13th July, 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1248 of 2017. As per clause No. (viii) of the operative part of the said order, the applicant was directed to report the police station where he reside on every Saturday between 11.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m. till completion of trial.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that after the release of the applicant on bail, he has been residing at Lonavala and had reported to Lonavala Gramin Police Station in accordance
Sknair 501-appp-360-18.odt with the aforesaid order. It is submitted that the applicant is Software Engineer and is required to travel and therefore it becomes difficult for him to attend the concerned police station every week. Hence, it is prayed that the said conditions be relaxed. 4.
The order dated 13th July, 2017 indicates that the applicant shall surrender his passport to the Investigating Officer of Bhoiwada Police Station. The order further stipulated the condition that the applicant shall not leave India without permission of the Court.

Learned APP submits that condition of reporting the concerned police station may be modified by directing the applicant to report the concerned police station once in a month. 6.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the charge has been framed and the applicant has been attending the trial Court without fail on the date of hearing of the case. 7.
Taking into considering the aforesaid aspects, the condition No. (viii) is modified by directing the applicant to report Lonavala Gramin Police Station once in a month on first Saturday between 10 a.m. to 12 noon till conclusion of trial.
